About RPForge
RPForge provides AI tools that generate FiveM scripts and roleplay content, including script conversion and other generation features. RPForge is an independent service and is not affiliated with Rockstar Games or Cfx.re. These terms apply to your account, use of the service, purchases of RPForge Credits and monthly plans.
Accounts
Provide accurate account information, keep your login credentials secure and use only payment methods you are authorised to use. You must have legal capacity to enter this agreement, or the authorisation of a parent or guardian where applicable. If you act for an organisation, you must have authority to bind it. Notify support if you suspect unauthorised access. Email verification is required before using paid generation features.
AI output and your responsibilities
AI-generated scripts and content may contain errors, security issues or incompatibilities. Review and test outputs in a safe environment before deploying them to a live server. Automated validation does not guarantee that output is correct, unique or suitable for your purpose. You are responsible for your deployment decisions and for complying with platform rules and third-party licences. This does not reduce any statutory rights concerning defective digital content or services.
RPForge Credits
RPForge Credits are virtual credits that can only be used within RPForge. They have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for money. Credits are prepaid units used for RPForge services, not a deposit or investment. Credits from a one-time credit pack do not expire. Credits from a monthly plan belong to the billing month they are added in and expire when that month ends, with one exception: when the plan renews, the unused credits of the month that just ended carry over into the next month, up to half of that month's plan size. Carried credits expire at the end of that next month and never carry over again. Credits from a monthly plan are spent before credits from packs. Each tool shows its credit cost before generation; costs vary by feature and model tier. Credits are reserved when generation starts and retained for delivered output; failed generations release the reserved credits. Your account balance combines purchased, monthly-plan and any promotional credits. Any refund required by law or provided under the Refund Policy is a reversal of a purchase, not a cash-redemption facility.
Monthly plans
A monthly plan is a subscription for a number of credits each month, chosen before checkout. It renews automatically every month at the price shown at checkout until you cancel it, and each paid month adds its credits once the payment is confirmed. You can cancel at any time in your account with one click: the plan stops renewing, no further payment is taken, and the month you paid for and its credits stay available until that month ends. A new plan size takes effect from the next renewal; the current month is not changed or prorated. If a renewal payment fails, Stripe tries it again; that month adds no credits until it is paid, and the plan ends if it stays unpaid. We will tell you before any change to the price of your plan takes effect, and you can cancel before it does.
Payments and delivery
The purchase summary identifies your package and its one-time total, or your monthly plan's credits per month and monthly price, and the currency before Stripe Checkout. Prices are based in EUR. If Stripe offers payment in your local currency, review the converted total in Stripe before paying; your bank may apply its own fees. Stripe processes payment details. Credits are added to your account after successful payment is confirmed, which may take a short time. Promotional credits, when offered, are subject to the displayed offer and availability when payment is confirmed.
Immediate access, cancellation and refunds
Before checkout, you are asked to agree to these terms and the Refund Policy and to request immediate access to your credits. Using credits for a digital service may limit or end cancellation rights for that consumed service only where the legal requirements are met. Merely checking the box or receiving unused credits is not treated as a blanket waiver of mandatory rights. The Refund Policy explains unused credits, consumed services and technical errors.
Acceptable use, fraud and abuse
Do not use RPForge for unlawful activity, malware, credential theft, infringement or harm to others. Do not bypass access controls, exploit billing errors, abuse promotions, disrupt the service or use stolen payment methods. We may investigate credible fraud or abuse and restrict access where proportionate and permitted by law. Raising a good-faith refund request, complaint or payment dispute is not abuse.
Intellectual property
You retain any rights you hold in your inputs. You authorise RPForge and the providers needed to operate it to process those inputs to deliver the requested service. As between you and RPForge, you may use and modify generated output to the extent permitted by law and any applicable third-party rights or licences. AI output may not attract intellectual property protection and similar output may be generated for others. RPForge retains its rights in its application, branding and underlying technology. Do not submit material you lack permission to use.
Availability and changes
Availability depends on infrastructure and AI providers; maintenance, outages and service changes may occur. We do not promise uninterrupted service or that every feature or model will remain available indefinitely. Material changes affecting paid services will be communicated as required by law. Changes to these terms do not retroactively remove rights attached to earlier purchases.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breaches, fraud, security threats or legal requirements, with notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue when appropriate. You may request account closure through support. Treatment of unused paid credits remains subject to the Refund Policy and applicable law, including when RPForge discontinues a paid service. Suspension or closure does not automatically forfeit mandatory refund rights.
Liability and consumer rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, RPForge is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of generated output or service interruptions. No provision excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud, intentional misconduct or other protected liability. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer guarantees, remedies for non-conforming digital services, cancellation rights or access to competent courts. Applicable mandatory law prevails over any conflicting term.
